Your journey with us begins with a video call with the hiring manager. This is a chance for us to get to know you better and explore how your skills and passion can contribute to the Sarah Digital team.

You’ll have a video call with the hiring manager to get to know you and see if you have potential to be a great addition to the team.

Next, you’ll meet with a potential teammate for a video call. This is a chance to discuss your skills and experience in detail, allowing us to understand how your expertise can contribute to our team.
Finally, you’ll have a video call with a member of our People Operations team. This is a great opportunity to discuss key details like salary expectations, our company benefits, and to learn more about our unique culture.
You will receive a take-home project to showcase your skills, and your time will be fully compensated.
Your final step is a video call with a member of our leadership team.
We’ll extend a formal offer to the candidate who is the best fit for our team.
